Camping Val de Cantobre, situated as it is in a picturesque setting with amazing views in the heart of the Cévennes, is an intimate campsite with an exceptional activity programme. Camping Val de Cantobre has been a Eurocamp favourite for more many years and has been awarded a prestigious 4 red tents by Michelin. This terraced site has an unrivalled setting, high in the hills, with views towards the cliff-top village of Cantobre. The emplacements are generally spacious with some offering fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.

The facilities are housed in a beautifully converted mill and include a lovely oak-beamed restaurant. The excellent activity programme includes football, basketball, volleyball and many more team sports. The area is excellent for mountain biking and there are organised river treks and walks which the whole family will enjoy.

For spectacular scenery, take a boat trip or canoe descent on the river Tarn starting from La Malène, (1 hr drive). It’s worth a visit to the ancient, naturally formed rock village of Montpellier-le-Vieux, take the little train into the heart of the site (30 min drive from site).
